  • Responsibilities

    • Interacts closely with senior customer counterparts in decision-making roles.
    • Leads and develops those with lesser experience.
    • Conducts final reviews of documentation for existing programs for strategic views and quality.

    Qualifications

    • More than fifteen years of significant, in-depth experience with expertise applicable to the subjects, operations, or functions being supported; and
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
    • In lieu of bachelor’s degree, an additional two years of direct experience is required.
