    Security risks are everywhere and pose not only threats to our national defense, but financial systems and business infrastructure. Help the Department of Agriculture (USDA) realize one of their key objectives modernizing and securing their information technology infrastructure to ensure they can meet the needs of their Programs and Agency.  As a IdAM Management Specialist with IOMAXIS you will be an integral member supporting the Privileged Access Control Management function across the enterprise IT environment, ensuring privilege access is effectively and efficiently managed and maintained.  Join us in a full-time capacity from Lorton, VA.  This position becomes available upon contract award anticipated July 2018.  Interviewing now.

     

    Here are duties involved in this role:

    • Operate, manage and maintain elevated privilege management application and components using available tools, such as BeyondTrust Powerbroker and other tools; to allow users to install approved applications without elevated privileges.
    • Log data for applications requiring elevated privileges, and periodically review to ensure compliance or initiate POA&M actions.
    • Maintain rule set in base policy Group Policy Object (GPO) and populate exception and special user policy GPOs to ensure compliance with current approved and unapproved software.
    • Troubleshoot Powerbroker applications or other tools, and apply any changes required.
    • Ensure reporting console events generated through profiling are reviewed for required Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) policies and NIST guidance.
    • Respond to help desk tickets and customer support issues.
    • Include summary of efforts and metrics as part of the MPPR

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Minimum of six (6) years direct, related experience
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
    • DoD Directive 8570.01M, Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II  Certification (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
