IOMAXIS is seeking a Business Development/Capture executive for a rapidly growing engineering and technology firm that focuses on cyber security and innovative disruptive solutions in the areas of networking and global communications. Primary clients include law enforcement, DoD and intelligence agencies. This is a high-visibility assignment within the client organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of the BD & capture process from cultivating key client relationships, both government and contractors, to win new work for the company.   We seek a strong technologist. You must possess a thorough knowledge of cyber security and have a track-record of wins in DoD, Law enforcement and/or the Intel arena.  Prior success with DISA, INSCOM, DLA, DHS, FBI and similar agencies is required as is the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the corporation. 


Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or technology field required, MS preferred,


Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related government contracting industry experience - blend of BD, capture, or PM background is preferable.
  • Proven record of finding & winning work preferably in DISA, DIA, USAF,DHS and similar mission oriented agencies.
  • Track-record of pursuing and winning contracts in the $15M-$50M range.
  • An active network of contacts in the government & the Tier One contractor community
  • Secret Security Clearance or higher.

This role requires someone who is passionate about winning work, competitive, excited about the mission, quick on their feet, and can think strategically. We are looking for a full lifecycle BD executive, someone who understands all facets of the deal, from target identification and capture strategies to customer relations and delivery.
