IOMAXIS has multiple openings for a Senior Intelligence Analyst - Network Analysis - CITP based in Charlottesville, VA. This is a role providing mission essential support services to the Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP). The position is full time and becomes available upon contract award on or about July 2017.



  • Support counter insurgency and counter IED operations
  • Target Development Intelligence Support
  • Device Atribution Analytical Support
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior analysts






  • High School Diploma or GED.


  • Current TS/SCI

Skills / Capabilities: 

  • Government trained intelligence analysts with a minimum of 8 years of intelligence analysis and targeting experience. However, on a case by case bais, a badge and credntialed Law Enforcemtn officer with at least 8 years' experience conducitng investigaitons on an accredited Local/State/or Federal Law Enforcement Agency is acceptable.
  • Background in counter-terrorism, counter insurency, or couter IED analysis and experience as an intelligence or targeting analyst is required.  Combat operations experience is desired.
  • Possess knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
  • Experienced with data processing systems (DCGS-A, CIDNE, SIPRNET and JWICS)  with working knowledge of analytical programs (i2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir, WebTAS, Google Earth).
  • Proficiency using basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development; possess strong research, writing and editing skills
  • Individual contributor, capable of operating alone in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting.
  • Possess undertanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting.
