Responsibilities

IOMAXIS seeks a Collection Requirements Manager - Intelligence - CITP to support Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP) operations in Charlottesville, VA. This position becomes available with contract award anticipated in July 2017.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Collection Requirements Manager (CRM) provides support to analysts and coordinates with collection requirements managers to synchronize CITP requirements with the NGIC.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Process incoming RFIs, submit RFIs to external agencies, and monitor RFI status.
  • Assist analysts in completing evaluation reports, Source Directed Requirements (SDR), and other collection requirements. As necessary, the CRM will assist deployed analysts in processing collection requirements.
  • Maintain liaison with theater detainee operations to ensure CITP receives Knowledgeability Briefs (KB) and has the opportunity to develop and submit SDRs.
  • Submit collection requirements in support of CITP analyst requirements.
  • Track all incoming and outgoing requests, and responses, entering the data in an automated tracker.
  • Support CITP analysts.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field. May substitute additional 4 years of experience for education requirement.

Clearance:

  • Current TS/SCI

Skills / Capabilities: 

  • Government trained intelligence collection managers with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a collection manager.
  • Experience with data processing systems associated with collection management (CIDNE, HOTR, COLISEUM, SIPRNET, JWICS).
  • Proficient at using basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development; possess strong writing and editing skills.
