Responsibilities

IOMAXIS is seeking a Senior Intelligence Network Analyst based in Charlottesville, VA. This is a Senior Principal Analyst role coordinating all intelligence research and production activities of the team for the Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP). The position is full time and becomes available upon contract award on or about July 2017.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing intelligence production, quality control of products, training and deployment of branch and teams.
  • Coordinating the activities of Analysts and their teams, providing operational and administrative oversight.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and organizing sections to meet the taskings and requirements of program.
  • This position is deployable.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, may substitute additional 4 years of experience for education requirement.

Clearance:

  • Current TS/SCI

Skills / Capabilities: 

  • Government trained intelligence analysts with a minimum of 12 years of intelligence analysis and targeting experience; however, on a case- by-case basis, a badge and credentialed Law Enforcement officer with at least 12 years’ experience conducting investigations on an accredited Local/State/or Federal Law Enforcement Agency is acceptable.
  • Background in counter-terrorism, counter insurgency, or counter IED analysis is required.  Recent experience in combat operations desired.
  • Possess knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
  • Experienced with data processing systems with working knowledge of analytical programs.
  • Proficiency using basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development; possess strong research, writing and editing skills
  • Capability managing teams of analysts in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting.
